Fees
Scouts Australia Registration Fee - $120 per member per year (or pro-rata)
This fee is collected by the group each year in May/June, or at the time of enrolment, and the full amount is forwarded directly to Scouts Australia (Victorian Branch Headquarters) and covers the period from July to June the next year. It includes an insurance levy which covers every member when involved in a scouting activity. This fee is reviewed and subject to change each year.

Scouting collects fees on the basis of the year July to June, recognising that for many families there are already multiple large payments that fall due in the first few months of the calendar year.
Section Fees
These are collected by each section, generally at the start of each term. These fees are used by the section leaders to cover the cost of running the weekly programs, and to defray some other section costs. They are in the order of $15 per term.
Fee Payment
Prompt payment of fees is appreciated. In the case of the Scouts Australia Registration Fee the group will not register youth members until payment has been received. As registration provides insurance, un-registered members will not be able to attend activities.
Any difficulties in payment of fees should be discussed with your child’s leader, the Group Leader or the group treasurer. We can arrange for flexible payment options if needed.
To avoid confusion all registration and group fees (other than section fees) should be paid in one of the following ways as soon as possible after being invoiced.
Collection:
For Registration and Group fees, a member of the group committee will attend section meetings on a designated night, to collect these fees (please do not hand these to the section leaders).
Electronic Funds Transfer:
To Commonwealth Bank Account
BSB No. 063236
Account No: 10113527
Include your surname in the transaction details, and email full details to the treasurer.
